Evgeny Morozov is a columnist for the Russian newspaper Akzia. His articles have appeared in The International Herald Tribune, The Globalist, TCS Daily and other publications.

Evgeny is a graduate of the American University in Bulgaria, where he was the recipient of a George Soros scholarship. He lives in Berlin.
