Raped in Oslo

The number of rapes in the Norwegian capital Oslo is six times as high as in New York City. I’ve written about the issue of rape and Muslim immigration so many times that I am, quite frankly, a bit tired of the subject. But as we all know, problems don’t disappear just because you are tired of talking about them, so here goes.
There has been an explosive increase in the number of rape charges in the city of Oslo, but both the media and the authorities consistently refuse to tell us why. They did do so, however, in 2001, when two out of Norway's three largest newspapers, Aftenposten and Dagbladet, reported that most of these rape charges involve an immigrant perp, which again mostly means Muslims. Both newspapers have since then conveniently “forgotten” about this, and have never connected the issue to Muslim immigration although the number of rape charges has continued to rise to historic levels. They are thus at best guilty of extreme incompetence, since their former articles about this issue are still available online.
Norway’s Minister of Justice from 2001 to 2005, Odd Einar Dørum, mentioned the problem in 2001 but has later gone quiet about the issue. The reported number of rapes in Oslo is now six – 6! – times as high per capita as in New York City, yet the media keeps warning against Islamophobia.
According to Aftenposten, the clinic (voldtektsmottak) at the emergency hospital known as Legevakt has never had so many rape victims to treat. Its ability to care for them all is being severely tested. The number of reported rapes has skyrocketed this year.
Two out of three charged with rape in Norway’s capital are immigrants with a non-western background according to a police study. The number of rape cases is also rising steadily. Unni Wikan, a professor of social anthropology at the University of Oslo, in 2001 said that “Norwegian women must take their share of responsibility for these rapes” because Muslim men found their manner of dress provocative. The professor’s conclusion was not that Muslim men living in the West needed to adjust to Western norms, but the exact opposite: “Norwegian women must realize that we live in a Multicultural society and adapt themselves to it.”
Failure of Liberal Framework

'Paul Weston' ... you have asked Fjordman to apply his analytical and literary skills to the question of whether or not the consequences of liberalism, or even our very survival can be solved within a democratic framework. I am sure it would be a worthy read, although I believe he has already made several references to this problem in some of his earlier articles.
I am already on record for stating (as per the evidence currently available) it could never be.
But, when I did so, I made no reference to the obvious question: are we living in a democracy now; or are we already living under a soft version of totalitarianism?
For example, Tony Blair has attempted to denounce multiculturalism in public, but rhetoric will not remove the deeply entrenched multicultural influences in our Universities, our Board Rooms, the BBC, our Schools, Courts, Charities, NGOs, and of course the EU and UN.
It's getting near to that time when all we will have left to do is fight fire with fire.
The tip of the iceberg

We shouldn't forget that rape charges are only the tip of the iceberg.
Usually only a tiny fraction of rapes are declared by its victims - for shame.
Consider this and add a multitude of physical harassment and even more verbal harassment and you get the picture.
It's devastating and sick - and not just restricted to Norway...
Is the behaviour of a far too great number of today's male muslims to be accepted in our society - for the sake of the freedom of religion and equality of whatever culture?? Is the moral grounds of Westerners and Muslims really the same when it comes to condemning such acts? Sadly, in islam there are enough examples which do not inspire. Look at Mohammed and his followers. Anyone thinks that the wifes and daughters of the beheaded males of the Quraish clan were happy to "get married" to Mohammed and his followers right after the execution of their husbands/fathers?
Such shorttime "marriages" were a common thing to happen, once the Mohammedans had raided a carawan or locality...The mere conception of females as male properties which far too many Muslims adhere to and declare as part of their religion is sick. That's why many Muslims prefer to put their daughters/wifes in sacks and females who don't walk around in a sack simply signal to them they got no owner, are "uncovered meat".
The choice is simple - Muslims have to decide to accept Western values or not.
Up to now many have decided not to. There was no need for that. Our governments kept and keep welcoming and granting social benefits to anyone, regardless of the benefit - and if at all - they contribute to our societies.

On Immigrant Rape in Europe

YES, they must! Young women everywhere ALWAYS have SOME responsibility for rapes in a peaceful society (i.e., that is free of war).
But, of course, what we are looking at now, in the case of Norway, is a simmering one-sided conflict, where the Muslim immigrant population have already declared war, and are using rape as a weapon of humiliation.
Kapitein, I do not disagree with what you have just posted. I think we have just both clarified some important points on this issue. You are indeed correct, this is a "group struggle." Fjordman need not feel embarrassed about writing on this topic again as it is indicative of so many other problems.
Another point, which might interest you, is that all this reminds me of the rape (of white women) epidemic that went on in England during the 1970s and 1980s, where the perpetrators were black immigrants from Jamaica, and other such places. Remember how that was swept under the carpet?

Evidently, we do not have the time nor space to rewrite Western legal codes, especially those pertaining to crime. However, I agree that false rape accusations should be punished, although I stand by my reprise's severity w.r.t. murder and rape. I also agree with your discriminatory measures against rape committed by foreigners and newly naturalized citizens. Outside of the Americas and Australasia, I do not believe in "naturalized" citizens, for ethnic nationalism prevails beyond those so-called melting pots which can at best grant them the status of landed immigrant.

Rather, first-degree murder, or the equivalent of murder with intent should receive an automatic death penalty, with life imprisonment (for the full duration of the person's natural life not 30 years) for second-degree murder, and 30 years for manslaughter.
With regards to rape:
W.r.t. early release on probation:
Reduction of up to one third of the prisoner's sentence if they are deemed to have "reformed" themselves according to a panel including representatives of the judiciary, police, government, criminology and psychiatry. "Reform" must go far beyond being a quiet prisoner...
W.r.t. "mitigating circumstances":
The only ones available are self-defense or defense of another, otherwise the perpetrator must take responsibility

Only when rape is followed by murder should the penalty be death.
The punishment for non-aggravated rape only (remember how easy it is for women to bring false allegations of rape ... several recent legal cases in British Courts have provided classic examples of this) should be roughly as it exists now, at least for indigenous males.
For all immigrants (illegal, recent, or legal within first 5 years) rape of an indigenous woman should mean imprisonment, compensation to the lady' family, followed by revocation of nationality, followed by repatriation to country of ethnic origin and a permanent ban on travel back into the country.
In any case, rape or no rape, all Islamic immigration into any EU state must be halted, and soon. Else, our ruling elites are going to face being strung from lamp-posts in the not too distant future. The people are getting angrier by the week.
Turkey's entry into the EU can GO TO HELL!! The idea is dead. You have to be nuts to still argue in its favour.

P.S. I have never understood why a married woman, pushing a baby in a pram, should feel the need to wear a mini-skirt when going to the High Street to purchase groceries. This is precisely the kind of behaviour many western women are guilty of over three decades or more. We don't need the childish cult of Islam to tell us what is right or wrong. We have known all along. Western women have taken things too far, and they are going to be made to get back in line, or else there will be serious consequences. The proper place for mini-skirts is in nightclubs, private parties, and the like: not in the streets during daytime. It is high time older and more experienced men (helped by mature women) re-asserted their authority and put our societies back in order. That means putting our young women (under 35) back in their proper place in the pecking order.
