Jos Verhulst (1949) has a PhD in theoretical chemistry. He has been widely published in the areas of evolutionary theory and comparative anatomy and is the author, most recently, of Developmental Dynamics. He has published in Psychological Reports, Acta Biotheoretica, British Medical Journal, Annals of Human Biology and various other journals.

Dr. Verhulst is also a political philosopher and has written extensively on direct democracy, alternative money systems, freedom of speech, secession and homeschooling.
