The Face of “Racism” (10 yrs old)

The saga of the incredible racism of native Brits, who, just like their counterparts all over Western Europe, dare to put up even verbal resistance to their own state-sponsored eradication, continues.

Boy ‘who was attacked’ by Slovakian woman may face racism charge

A boy of ten who claims to have been attacked by a Slovakian woman with an iron bar could be charged with inciting racial hatred, it emerged last night. Jake Stedman admitted that the woman hit him after he threw a berry at her and told her to ‘go back to her own country’. As a result, the boy – who was left with two black eyes – could become the youngest person in the country ever to be charged with the offence. A police source said: “There have been allegations that he used racist language and it is necessary for us to investigate the claims.”

re: Amsterdamsky

Remember Ross Perot and his "You People" comment to a group of blacks?

True that Perot's campaign was torpedoed because a lot of brainless idiots didn't know that "you people" is simply Texan vernacular for the plural "you".

BUT...  he didn't get charged with a crime, and in the U.S. you can express your opinion and in fact say anything without getting thrown in jail for it. It's a practice we call "freedom of speech", and it appears to be a right Europeans do not possess and a concept they do not understand.

what did he say?

Do we pretend to know EXACTLY what the 10 year old said?  No. It is hear-say. We don't know!  Yet, he is presumed to be guilty, because obviously she (the adult woman) became enraged to the point of senseless brutality.
(Yes, sensless.)

Therefore, we blame...the despicable boy?  (He was undoubtedly deserving of a beating, being a WASP male, after all.)

Let us get the facts, and go from there.

But, in the meantime, let's take a short-cut for the cognitively challenged...

 Question ONE!

Just what does a 10 year old boy have to SAY, in order to justify beatings with a pipe by a female "adult" immigrant (hormonally challenged post-communist morality-deprived and brutally aggressive) Slovakian woman?

Dites moi, s'il vous plait.  Tell me what foul language justifies such beatings of a ten year old boy. Tell me, or shut-up and go to hell.

But, remember, the Slovakian woman is not necessarily innocent of the first offense, unless it is proved...and you have provided no proof exonerating her of either verbal abuse or action.

For now, I will stand with the boy, because he seems to have exhibited more courage and forthrightness than the Slovakian woman exhibited judicious restraint.  We want a boy to stand-up for truth, and an adult to exhibit restraint toward inferiors.

@ Marcfrans

It’s not so much a difference in spirit but only in time; Europe is merely further down the rabbit hole.

Again....#2

Again....Amsterdamsky has got it wrong, because his simplifying mind cannot fathom the complex reality.  There is no court in the US that would convict someone for merely SPEECH, whether hateful, racist or whatever.

Hatecrime legislation does exist in the US, unfortunately, but it only affects judicial punishments for DEEDS or ACTIONS, not for speech or opinion expression.  And, in many jurisdictions it will also likely impact on the 'intensity' of law enforcement, i.e. the degree of efforts undertaken by police departments.

By contrast, in a number of European countries today, various laws criminalise merely SPEECH, with or without deeds.   That is of a totally different order.  It is remarkable that shallow Americans like Amsterdamsky and European 'intellectuals' cannot get that distinction and refuse to consider its destructive implications for freedom and democracy.

@marcfrans

Exposing Amsterdamsky's weaknesses is like shooting fish in a barrel.

Again the US is way ahead on this one....

Remember Ross Perot and his "You People" comment to a group of blacks?  If this "hate laws" persist there will be no freedoms left anywhere.  The victimization indoctrination in the US teaches minorities to look everywhere for potential offenses.  I see europe going the same direction.

"“There have been allegations that he used racist language and it is necessary for us to investigate the claims.”

Orwell was correct it just took another 25 years.

Out of the mouths of babes...

Obviously, this young lad was exactly right.  This particular Slovakian woman certainly should be removed from her host country, for anyone who would attack a ten year old boy with an iron pipe in-response to verbal abuse of any kind is a very dangerous human being who deserves only incarceration or exile.
