According to Fjordman, who - like still so many others - chooses to depict Holland as a "calvinist" country, which of course it never really was and certainly isn't nowadays, and then proceeds to call on the brave troika of Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Theo van Gogh and Geert Wilders, i.e. two avowed atheists and a Roman Catholic, to represent typically Dutch "calvinism".
