The Pope Was Right

A quote from Lord William Rees-Mogg in The [London] Times, 18 September 2006

The Pope’s actual quotation is not just a medieval point of view. It is a common modern view; even if it seldom reaches print; it can certainly be found on the internet. “Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new, and then you shall find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached.” Is it true that the Koran contains such a command, and has it influenced modern terrorists? The answers, unfortunately, are “yes” and “yes”.

Hooray for the Pope

Everytime the Muslim fanatics show their true colors, it wakes up more and more of the ignorant appeasers to the real Muslim culture and their goals. I hope they keep on doing their stupid protests so it will hopefully wake up all of the appeasers and give them a jolt of reality.

All you have to do is just look at the hate on their faces and realize that this will be the future of our world if the world does not wake up.

Peaceful religion, my ass!!!

JP2

I'd say that violent muslim response is not sign of B16 misteak, but JP2's "dialog of monoteistic religions" policy failure.
He wasted huge part of his cadency on performing peaceful symbolic acts on muslim society... but the first time muslim had to do sth about that - it was revealed their "friendly attitude" was ilusion. All he did to muslim wasn't even enough to tone this unrest down ("if it wasn't popes words we'd burn some churches down and kill a nun, but as we remember friendly gestrues of JP2 we'll just stick to burning flags, mannikins and hateful speeches").
