Do not allow Kappert to obfuscate the real issue.   He introduced the word "race" here, in a rather meaningless way.   The issue is that in France today one can get prosecuted and convicted for mere 'speech', by arbitrarily labelling something "hate speech".  Indeed, if I understand correctly, Bardot is being convicted for writing a letter in which she expressed an opinion.  

I think, today (over 200 years later), we can safely say that the French Revolution has failed.  Equally, more than 60 years later, we can safely say that the Americans failed to implant democracy in Germany after ww2.  For a while it seemed to work, but it did not last.  Tolerating free political speech is hard to do for any and every culture.  Most fail that crucial test and, hence, democracy does not last in most cultural 'soils'.

As President Sarkowsi has made very similar statements I suggest Brigitte Bardot prosecutes MRAP for sexual discrimination unless that organisation also prosecutes him too.

I thought that the French fought a revolution based on Liberté, égalité, fraternité, but following France's surrender to the E.U. maybe I am wrong . For all our faults , I could not see a British jury convicting anyone for saying what Bardot did , it would be " fair comment " .

Brigitte Bardot was right on the mark or money when she said, "We have had enough to be made fools by all this population which destroys us, destroys our country, imposing its acts"! Amen Ms. Bardot! Amen!

Shoot Muslims instigate their own reasons to hate them. Their obnoxious, arrogant, violent, act like they own the place and YOU must accomodate THEM, and they get violent at the drop of a hat. The "silent" Muslims are indeed silent when an infidel is beheaded in the name of their religion, but when you draw a picture of "MO" then they stop being silent and protest in the streets. Where is their protests when barbarians are committing acts of evil in the name of their religion? Perhaps they are silent for their prophet is a barbarian and the Quran itself is a "HATE BOOK". The leaders in Europe and much of the West bends over, grabs their ankles, so Islam can do what it does best. Screw us all. Churches are burned. Cars are burned. Property is destroyed. Artists are killed. When they aren't killing "infidels", they are killing Hindus, Buddhists, or Christians. Oh they treat women like "dogs" and if you're a blind man with a dog, then don't expect a taxi ride from them for WE must accomodate them! Newspaper editors are threatened, intimidated, or killed. When they aren't killing infidels, they are killing their own.  Let's not forget the "honor" killings. Their false prophet Mohammad was a vile murdering lying pedophile caravan robber in Arabia. He forced people to serve his false crescent moon god "Allah". When he says "submit"; he means it! Their "Religion of Peace" is anything but peaceful.

I'm sick and tired of this damn religion called Islam and I'm sick and tired of Muslims. I'm also sick and tired of dhimmi leaders and politically correct multiculturalists in the West. Screw Islamic culture for I don't want anything to do with it. When I go to Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, or Britain, I want to feel like I'm in Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, or Britain and not in Saudi Arabia with a bunch of Islamic long bearded towel heads and bedsheet broads!
