The UN’s Double Standard

A quote from Lastango at dailypundit.com, 6 September 2007

Today the UK Independent has an article titled “Switzerland: Europe’s heart of darkness?” suggesting this threat has earned the Left’s attention:

Switzerland is known as a haven of peace and neutrality. But today it is home to a new extremism that has alarmed the United Nations. Proposals for draconian new laws that target the country’s immigrants have been condemned as unjust and racist. A poster campaign, the work of its leading political party, is decried as xenophobic. Has Switzerland become Europe’s heart of darkness?

[…] With a general election due next month, (the Swiss People’s Party, or SVP) has launched a twofold campaign which has caused the UN’s special rapporteur on racism to ask for an official explanation from the government.

[…] And it is all so worrying to human rights campaigners that the UN special rapporteur on racism, Doudou Diène, warned earlier this year that a “racist and xenophobic dynamic” which used to be the province of the far right is now becoming a regular part of the democratic system in Switzerland.

The SVP poster the UN is springboarding its open-borders propaganda from illustrates three white sheep booting a black sheep out of Switzerland. […] But […] the UN itself is guilty of using racist imagery to stir up animosity against Danes […] The UN’s multilateral meddling ought to help wake the Swiss up to the dangers of becoming enmeshed with transnational, anti-democratic organizations like the EU.

Move the UN to Brussels?

I say "no". Brussels is too pleasant.

Move the UN to somewhere in Africa where crime is rampant, the climate is awful and power for air conditioning fails regularly.

Keeping perspective

That the UN's "human rights establishment" is highly corrupt, hypocritical, and ideologically-bankrupt, should be beyond question for anybody with an open (nonideological) mind and with a bit of historical knowledge about the UN.

But, at the same time, it cannot be reasonably denied that the SVP poster in question is clearly "guilty of racist imagery".

Both racism and the "UN's double standards" should be equally condemned.  I do not believe that the cause of self-determination of Europeans, or of any other people, is helped by descending into expressions of manifest racism.

The UN assholes had better

The UN assholes had better to look for kosovo, were serbians are expulsed by albanian, Thibet, ocuped by China, Zimbabwe, where whites were expulsed, Egipt with copt heavily discriminated, Soudan where they have cheered a genocide, Congo were a 10 years civilian wars still wage, Angola wich kleptocracy colonize Cabinda, Iran with a homemade genocide, Pakistan where cristians are persecuted,  And so on.

Doudou Diéne is a racist promoting anti-white racism

The source of it all

"But today it is home to a new extremism that has alarmed the United Nations. "

So now we know who is behind the plot to destroy the white, western culture.
