In Brussels the Belgian state radio blares out Groenewoud's song "Down with America."

It is as if two weeks after the tsunami hit Asia last year the radio would be blaring out "Down with Asians." Rob Verreyken, a politician of the Vlaams Belang party who is sick and tired of a Belgian quango which lodges complaints against everyone who makes allegedly unfriendly remarks about Africans or Arabs, wants to take Groenewoud to court. We all know the quango will not prosecute the singer as he is one of their left-wing friends.
