Blair’s Policy

A quote from The Daily Telegraph, 23 October 2009

The huge increases in migrants over the last decade were partly due to a politically motivated attempt by ministers to radically change the country and "rub the Right's nose in diversity", according to Andrew Neather, a former adviser to Tony Blair, Jack Straw and David Blunkett. […] Writing in the Evening Standard, he revealed the "major shift" in immigration policy came after the publication of a policy paper from the Performance and Innovation Unit, a Downing Street think tank based in the Cabinet Office, in 2001.

He wrote a major speech for Barbara Roche, the then immigration minister, in 2000, which was largely based on drafts of the report. […] "I remember coming away from some discussions with the clear sense that the policy was intended – even if this wasn't its main purpose – to rub the Right's nose in diversity and render their arguments out of date."

The "deliberate policy", from late 2000 until "at least February last year", when the new points based system was introduced, was to open up the UK to mass migration, he said. Some 2.3 million migrants have been added to the population since then, according to Whitehall estimates quietly slipped out last month. […]

In his column, Mr Neather said that as well as bringing in hundreds of thousands more migrants to plug labour market gaps, there was also a "driving political purpose" behind immigration policy. He defended the policy, saying mass immigration has "enriched" Britain, and made London a more attractive and cosmopolitan place. […]

Sir Andrew Green, chairman of the Migrationwatch think tank, said: "Now at least the truth is out, and it's dynamite. "Many have long suspected that mass immigration under Labour was not just a cock up but also a conspiracy. They were right. This Government has admitted three million immigrants for cynical political reasons concealed by dodgy economic camouflage."

The chairmen of the cross-party Group for Balanced Migration, MPs Frank Field and Nicholas Soames, said: "We welcome this statement by an ex-adviser, which the whole country knows to be true. It is the first beam of truth that has officially been shone on the immigration issue in Britain."

Re: Traitors...

"It is a terrible thing to contemplate how few politicians are hanged" - GK Chesterton

Absolutely shocking!

When ideologies, not ideas take over, when religion instead of faith is kept as the highest virtue, run, run for your life! Communistic Czechoslovakia just keeps looking better and better in retrospective...

Its' not politic, but ideologic

I’m afraid the truth is much worst. Even if what you say is true, in fact immigration is a deliberate policy tending to destroy western, white and Christian civilization, not less than that. That explains what we are facing the same invasion just in all western, white and Christian countries !
Political elites are now following a new utopian ideology, in my opinion worst –if possible– than communist one, that I’d name “worldist utopia”, aimed to build an unified world, with one race, one language, one currency, one culture and, above all, one power, which cannot be anything else than a dictature.
Western Political elites are now waging a war on their own people, a sort of slow genocide by colonization and immigration. They pretend to be ‘anti-racist’, but their agenda is the most racist you can imagine, tending to destroy white people. That seems strange as they are whites themselves, but ideology has power to make elite people enemies of their own people (think about Stalinism, communist Cambodgians killing half of their country people, or French revolution).
A democratic regime is absolutely not a protection for preventing that, as it has been completely subverted and twisted for that purpose. The control of medias and financial system ensure that only politicians supporting that ideology will be in elected (look the famous BBC TV program with BNP’s leader). If an uncontrolled politician is in position to be elected, often he is simply killed (ex. Pim Fortuyn or Haider).

My only hope is a total bankruptcy of economy, a systemic crisis of the system as a whole, which will awake people and change completely political conditions in the West, a kind of collapse of USSR which brought a new Russia.

Suicide, not Genocide, of the West

Ribera, I agree with every word you say, except that what you describe is suicidal rather than genocidal. James Burnham writing in 1964 called liberalism "the ideology of Western suicide," and the justice of that analysis is plainer today than ever. Suicidal liberalism pervades the upper, middle, and lower classes of all Western societies to varying degrees and in varying fashions. The people largely go along with the elites' war against them because it is also their war against themselves. By espousing liberalism, they reject their own right to exist as a distinctive historical people. The patriotic minority's resistance will build, and God willing it will eventually turn the tide, but it has a very, very long way to go.

The truth is confirmed, but is it really dynamite?

Many suspected the true motives behind center-left and left parties opening the floodgates of immigration for the sake of diversity and the labor market, and (New) Labour is no exception.  Now that the damage is done, the conspirators are doing away with the charade.  Mr Neather is unrepentant, and his delusions of cultural enrichment and cosmopolitanism are worrisome.  This "dynamite" is unlikely to change anything.  Opponents of these policies will only have their convictions validated, yet proponents will be even more determined to keep the floodgates open.

When the CPSU decided on Stalin's "socialism in one country" rather than Trotsky's global revolution, the Soviet state purged "rootless cosmopolitans".  Today, Mr Neather's enrichers are Islamists and cosmopolitans are City financiers.  When the British Isles are once more plunged into civil war, I hope that Mr Neather and his ilk are given no quarter and not permitted to cross the lines.

Since when were traitors held in higher esteem than the Enemy?

A non-event

Labour's immigration policy has been open and obvious for years, and was not much of a departure from the loose borders policy that has prevailed since the 1950's. If there has been no political will to restrict immigration, let alone reverse it, for the past 60 years, this "revelation" is unlikely to change a thing. What Nick Griffin eloquently calls the "corrupt, treasonous swine destroying our beautiful island nation" are the majority of the British electorate which has supported Labour and Tory open borders policies for all this time. There will be a slow turning of the battleship and some limits will be imposed, but it will be no more than the stabilization of Britain's new status as a 3rd World dictatorship in which the principal function of the state is to enrich its friends and suppress its enemies--its enemies being the friends of a sovereign and British Britain self-governed by the people through their elected, appointed, and hereditary representatives.
